Cadets aged from 13 years 9 months can fly in RAF Tutor aircraft. AEF(Air Experience Flight) is something the cadets get to do on a monthly basis in the summer. It gives cadets a chance to fly a Grob Tutor. Tutor aircraft are two seat side by side with full dual control and give cadets the opportunity to experience flying first hand with the safety of a trained RAF pilot along side them. Experienced RAF pilots and ground crews ensure safety at all times. Most cadets enjoy flying and there is always competition for the places to go as we are only awarded a limited amount of flying slots each month.
